Solar Infrastructure
Structural systems that hold a solar plant to its design for its whole life.
What this application demands.
Solar plants are financed on a generation model that assumes the array stays where it was designed to be — at the right tilt, at the right spacing, for twenty-five years or more.
Structural failures rarely announce themselves. Undersized members deflect, coatings fail early in aggressive environments, and mismatched foundations force site improvisation that quietly changes the geometry the yield model assumed.
How Maximal Energy engineers it.
Maximal Energy treats the mounting structure as a load-bearing engineering problem, not a commodity. Wind zone, terrain category, seismic classification, soil condition, module dimensions and row pitch all become inputs before a section is selected.
Fabrication happens in controlled conditions with dimensional checks against the drawing, and finishing is chosen for the actual corrosion environment. What reaches site is pre-drilled, marked and sequenced so installation follows the drawing instead of working around it.
