Galvanized steel solar panel mounting structure in a ground-mount array
Solar Mounting Structures

Engineered support systems for modern solar infrastructure.

Mounting structures engineered around site conditions — wind load, terrain, module layout and design life — and fabricated to hold panel geometry true for the full service period of the plant.

  • High strength construction
  • Corrosion resistant
  • Wind & seismic engineered
  • Fast, accurate installation
  • Long life, low maintenance
Overview

Solar Mounting Structures

A solar plant is only as stable as the structure beneath it. Maximal Energy engineers mounting systems from the load case outward: wind and seismic zone, terrain category, module dimensions, tilt angle and row spacing all resolve into a structure sized for the site rather than a catalogue average.

Structures are fabricated in controlled conditions, finished for the corrosion environment they will live in, and supplied with the fixings and documentation needed for a predictable installation sequence on site.

Key Features

What defines this range.

Site-specific load engineering

Wind, seismic and dead-load cases calculated for the site before any steel is cut.

Module-agnostic geometry

Rail and clamp layouts detailed around the specified module dimensions and tilt.

Corrosion-appropriate finishing

Finish system selected for the installation environment, not applied by default.

Installation-ready supply

Pre-drilled, marked and bundled to reduce site fitting time and rework.

Applications

Where this range is used.

  • Utility-scale ground-mount solar plants
  • Commercial and industrial rooftop installations
  • Solar carports and covered parking structures
  • Pole-mounted and distributed solar systems
  • Agricultural and pump-set solar installations

Technical Information

Specifications are project-specific.

Products in this category are engineered to the requirement rather than sold from a fixed size list. Confirmed technical values are issued with the quotation.

What we need from you

  • Application and installation environment
  • Site wind classification, where known
  • Quantity and delivery programme
  • Drawings or specification, if available

What you receive

  • Engineered specification for the requirement
  • Technical drawing for approval
  • Confirmed dimensions, grade and finish
  • Documentation scope, where required

Published specification values are confirmed by the technical team before issue. Placeholder values shown on product pages are marked [TBC].
