Flange Nuts

Nuts with an integral flange that spreads bearing load without a separate washer.

Flange nuts with integral bearing face on dark steel
Product Overview

What it is, and what decides it.

A flange nut carries its own bearing face, distributing load across a wider area and removing one loose component from the assembly. On repetitive work that is a meaningful reduction in handling and in parts that can be omitted on site.

Serrated flange forms additionally resist loosening under vibration, which is why they are common on equipment and vehicle-adjacent assemblies.
