Standards we manufacture to.
Quality is evidenced through process control and documentation, not asserted through claims.
Evidence, not assertion.
A quality system is only meaningful if it can be evidenced. Maximal Energy builds inspection into the manufacturing sequence so that compliance is demonstrable at the point of dispatch rather than argued about afterwards.
Inspection points are defined per product type. Where a project specification requires additional verification, documentation or third-party involvement, that is agreed at the enquiry stage and carried through production.
Six inspection points.
Built into the manufacturing sequence rather than applied at the end of it.
Incoming Material
Material grade and condition verified against the specification before release to production.
In-Process Checks
Dimensional verification at cutting, forming and drilling stages, before errors compound.
Weld Inspection
Visual inspection of seams, with additional testing where the specification requires it.
Coating Verification
Surface preparation and coating thickness checked against the finish specification.
Final Inspection
Dimensional and surface inspection against the issued drawing before dispatch release.
Documentation
Inspection records compiled and issued where the project requires a documented chain.
Published only once verified.
Maximal Energy does not publish a certification, standard or approval until the document has been confirmed. The entries below are placeholders.
Certification records are pending client confirmation. Contact us for current documentation.
What we can evidence.
Where a project requires a documented chain, the following records can be compiled and issued with the consignment. Scope should be agreed at enquiry stage so it can be planned into production.
- Material test certificates where supplied by the mill
- Dimensional inspection records
- Coating thickness records
- Weld inspection records where applicable
- Dispatch and packing documentation
- Third-party test reports where the project specifies them
